1. Product Reservation & Membership Agreement

By placing an order on Craft Finds, you acknowledge that the initial fees paid at checkout are reservation fees. These fees secure the availability of the selected item in our inventory but do not represent the full retail price of the product.
Upon confirming your order, you expressly agree to enroll in a membership plan, which covers the total cost of the product. The total price of the product, as well as the terms of the membership, are communicated to you by email by our customer service team.

2. Customer Communication & Automatic Billing

After your order is confirmed, you will be contacted by our customer support via email with payment instructions. If you do not respond within 10 days, we reserve the right to automatically charge your payment method for the full remaining balance of the product.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your email is active and monitored following your reservation.

3. Payment Options

You may choose to pay for your membership:
Monthly, through recurring payments until the full product price is covered
Annually, as a single upfront payment
The product will only be shipped once the full balance has been collected, or when a structured installment plan has been confirmed with our team.

4. Failed Payments

If one or more scheduled payments fail or if the total payments made do not reach the full product value, the product will not be shipped. Shipment will occur only once the full outstanding amount is successfully received, or if a formal payment arrangement is established.

5. Optional Upsells & Additional Offers

From time to time, our customer service team may present you with upsell offers or exclusive deals. Should you accept one of these offers (verbally or in writing), the agreed amount will be automatically billed to your account via the same payment method used during your original purchase.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times may vary depending on availability and final payment status. Products are shipped only after full payment is received, unless an alternative agreement is approved in writing.

7. Returns and Refunds

Refunds are not available for reservation fees. If you cancel your membership before full payment is made, we reserve the right to withhold a portion of the fees as administrative costs. Full refunds are only considered under exceptional circumstances and must be reviewed by our support team.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the terms outlined in that document.

9. Limitation of Liability

Craft Finds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
